Morning meditation is a wonderful way to greet your day with an open, calm and steady mind surrounded by nature. We’ll start with a brief talk or a reading to contemplate, easy breath work and movement before a guided seated meditation.

in the West park.

Join your neighbors for our biannual It’s My Park Day on Saturday, October 13 from 9:30am – 12:30pm. Come for an hour or for the whole event. We will be mulching, planting bulbs, and more. Refreshments will be served.
